Practices
I mix several styles of yoga to adapt each session to the person in front of me. - Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Therapeutic. My approach is flexible and combines relaxation, physical effort and emotional and energetic work.
Meditation
With guided meditation, you'll experiment with different techniques to create new inner connections. I share simple meditation and breathing tools that are easy to integrate into everyday life.
Therapeutics
This approach takes you deep into your body, emotions, habits and beliefs. I help you make long-term changes to develop healthy, balanced habits.
Unique
Whatever the environment, circumstances or individual, I adapt to you - your needs, objectives and situation. Each session is unique and tailored to each individual. I dedicate my listening skills to meeting your needs in the present moment.
Yoga therapy
It's a gentle yet sporty method that includes meditation, breathing techniques, postural alignment, joint amplitude, mobility exercises and much more. You don't need to know yoga postures to begin this process. I focus on your unique needs to create a flexible program.
I help you develop the tools you need to manage the changes in your life, and accompany you towards a goal of global health [body - mind - emotions - lifestyle - universe]. I support you in achieving your physical, sporting, emotional and spiritual goals, so that you can develop balance in your daily life.

Corporate courses
